Optoma warrants to you that if during the first three years from the date of purchase or 2500 operational hours of the Projector, whichever comes first (“Warranty Period”) the Lamp does not comply with the Warranty, Optoma or an Optoma authorised service company will, in a commercially reasonable time, remedy defects in materials, design and workmanship free of charge by repairing, or should Optoma in its discretion deem it necessary, replacing the Lamp in accordance with this Warranty (unless otherwise required by law). This Warranty applies to you being the purchaser or end-user of the Projector. Optoma Europe Ltd and affiliated companies ("Optoma") provides the Optoma lamp (“Lamp”) shall be, free from defects in materials, design and workmanship for three years or 2500 hours (whichever comes first) after the date of purchase ("Warranty"). Please note that the Lamps are designed to have a life of more than 3 years provided that the projector is not frequently used for extended periods and the rated Lamp hours are not significantly exceeded.
This warranty applies to projector models with a lamp power rating of up to and including 280 watts and is limited to 3 years or 2500 hours, whichever is sooner.
